Do I have to pay for your programs every month?
   ⁃ The individual guides are a one-time purchase.
   ⁃ The subscription plans are paid monthly.


How do I sign into my subscription plan?
   ⁃ To sign into your account, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the homepage, click the “Membership” tab, and sign in. You can also access this login by using this link: https://courses.brianakfitness.com/users/sign_in.


How do I cancel my subscription plan membership?
   ⁃ To cancel your plan, click on “Member Login” and log into your account, then click “My Account” and scroll down to “Billing”, there you will see an option to cancel your membership.


What are the guides comprised of?
   ⁃ The guides are downloadable PDFs that include 40+ exercises with step-by-step photos for instruction.


Are the guides personalized?
   ⁃ No, the guides are not personalized for each customer.


I have bad knees/back/etc. Do the guides show alternatives to certain exercises that might be straining for me?
   ⁃ No, so we suggest researching alternative exercises that will still work the same muscles, and remember to always get the OK from your doctor before trying new workouts!


Are the guides books that will be mailed to me?
   ⁃ No, the guides are PDFs that can be downloaded to your mobile device or computer. After downloading the guides, you may print them out.


When will I receive the guide?
   ⁃ An e-mail with a link to download the guide will be sent immediately after purchase.
   ⁃ If you have made a purchase but not received an order confirmation e-mail, please reach out to our customer service at support@brianakfitness.com.


How do I download the guide onto my mobile device?
   ⁃ Click on the link provided in your order  confirmation e-mail.
   ⁃ Once the page opens up with the guide, click the compass icon on the bottom right.
   ⁃ After clicking the compass icon, the page will open again, at this time you will click “Download Now”, then save or copy the guide to iBooks.


I’m having trouble downloading the guide to my mobile device.
